Together Recycling

Terms of Use

The terms that apply when you use the Together Recycling website and request a pickup.

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Using the Website

You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, misuse another person’s information, or use automated means that unreasonably burden the service.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these terms to schedule a residential pickup. If you act for a household, property, organization, or another person, you represent that you are authorized to provide the information, make the items available, and request the pickup on their behalf.

Pickup Requests and Service Availability

A submitted request does not guarantee a pickup. Service depends on location, route capacity, item eligibility, weather, safety, access, and other operational conditions. We may confirm, reschedule, decline, or cancel a request when reasonably necessary.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, making eligible items safely accessible at the agreed location and time, and removing personal belongings or sensitive information from items before pickup.

Items and Ownership

Only items accepted by the current pickup instructions are eligible. We may decline unsafe, prohibited, contaminated, wet, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable items.

You confirm that you own the items or are authorized by the owner to make them available for collection.

By making items available and allowing collection, you authorize Together Recycling to take possession of and process them. Collected items may be sorted, reused, recycled, transferred, or otherwise handled through our operational process, and we do not guarantee a particular destination or outcome for any item.

Recycling Service; Not a Charitable Donation

Together Recycling is a recycling and collection company, not a charity. A pickup is not a charitable contribution, and we do not promise a tax deduction or charitable donation receipt unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to third-party services for scheduling, mapping, communications, analytics, social media, or other functions. Their terms and privacy practices may apply separately.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Together Recycling disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or an unavailable pickup. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a non-waivable consumer right or any right or liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.

Severability and Non-Waiver

If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Changes and Contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the updated date. For a material change, we will provide notice appropriate to its significance where reasonably required by applicable law. The revised terms apply from their stated effective date, and continued use after that date means the revised terms apply to later use. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
