- Confirm that the items fit the current clothes, shoes, or toys pickup guidance.
- Provide accurate contact, address, item, and scheduling details in the pickup experience.
- Remove personal belongings and sensitive information from anything you make available for pickup.
Before the assigned pickup day
Watch for the assigned pickup day and any service updates. The Terms of Use explain that a submitted request does not guarantee collection and may be confirmed, rescheduled, declined, or canceled when operational conditions require it.
Make eligible items safely accessible at the agreed location and time, following the current pickup instructions you receive.
