We may combine information from the website and pickup workflow when reasonably necessary to provide support and understand service performance.

How We Disclose Information

We may provide information to service providers that support website hosting, communications, pickup scheduling, analytics, advertising, security, and business operations. The pickup experience may be provided through Together Recycling service platforms, including GiveToGo and LogixRoute.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising activity may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Depending on applicable law and where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, and to limit or object to certain processing or advertising-related uses. These rights are not absolute and may differ by jurisdiction.

Pickup and request records may be kept while we fulfill, support, document, or resolve the service; communications may be kept while we address the request and maintain appropriate business records; and website or security logs may be kept while reasonably needed to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.

We also consider the sensitivity of the information, the service lifecycle, security and fraud-prevention needs, contractual or provider constraints, legal obligations, and the need to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it, subject to lawful retention requirements and ordinary backup cycles.

The website and pickup service are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
