A toy clear-out often raises two questions: where can these items go, and can someone collect them? Together Recycling offers free home pickup for eligible toys in active U.S. service areas. You can include accepted clothes and shoes in the same request.

Describe the toys, their condition, and any missing parts. Check with the team before including broken toys, electronic toys, batteries, or other items that are not clearly covered by the pickup instructions.

Can every old toy be recycled?

Do not assume that every toy or material is suitable for collection or recycling. Item eligibility follows the current pickup instructions. Wet, contaminated, hazardous, or otherwise unsuitable items may be declined.

Collected items may be sorted, reused, recycled, transferred, or otherwise handled through our operations. A pickup does not guarantee that a particular toy will be recycled or delivered to a specific recipient.

Remove personal belongings and private information from the items you offer. Wait for your confirmed day and preparation instructions before leaving toys outside.
